For me, this is my last connection to home. Your facility is my first stop to home. When I visit, I feel as if I am an unwelcomed stranger and dismissed by your staff, I am here to see those I love from Church Family, to neighbors and high school friends. A suggestion... would be to get your patients families permission to post residents names like in the past. I appreciate patient confidentiality as this has been my respected medical career for the pasty 40 years. However, our friends and Church Family need the connection as do we.. Please allow families to decide if your residents are able for us to see them..
