Nice facility. The staff are always happy and helpful. The care can be seen in the satisfaction of the residents within the facility.

So so sad Alzheimer's patient's don't get water like they should. Don't get help getting feed. Employees in cell phones and they never get there cloths back. Very sad place. when they lay in their own piss for hours and the CNA‘s never come in there and change them and it goes through their clothes onto the bed when I first put my husband in there. It seemed like a good place but now it does I can’t even go state to visit family and I get phone calls saying my husbands bed is soaking wet and my husband soaking wet sitting in his wheelchair and they have not saw one CNA ladies come in as they are there with him. It is some good CNA ladies, but then it’s some bad ones. He is on hospice he’s been on hospice ever since I put him in there he can’t walk talk feed himself. I try my best to get there when it’s time to feed him because he sits there and I don’t know how long he sits there before they start feeding him, I walk in sometimes he’s soaking wet in his wheelchair at the dinner table and they tell me all we just changed him. I don’t believe that he supposed to be on finger food so he can try to feed his self. He’s never got on finger foods yet. and when they lay him down, they supposed to be turning him so he don’t get sores on his bottoms. They’ve never turned him. He lay straight on his back at all times. After after breakfast lunch and supper, they was told to lay him down in between meals because his feet swells very bad. They never do that either so if you’re looking to put your loved ones in this nursing home, I would think twice because I am looking for a place to put my husband so I know he’ll be safe. He’s been in there a year now and nothing‘s changed.

My father is in Creekside. He has cold meals everyday. They have a 43 minute response to call time. I have to be there to make sure he gets food and help with going to the bathroom.

I don't have family here, but if I did, I'd move them after what I witnessed yesterday. I was taking my Mother to see her doctor at the hospital complex in Angleton. On the way, we ended up following a van from this facility. When it turned right, off of Mulberry (Hwy 35) onto Hospital Drive, it completely blew through the RED traffic light. That happens often, so I didn't think too much about it. We followed the van into the hospital complex. I dropped my Mother at the front door, drove to a spot at the back of the parking lot where I could see the front door, and settled in for the long wait usually associated with a doctor's appointment. Also parked at the back of the parking lot, was the van from this facility. The weather that day was 53°, 10-20 mph winds and raining. The driver unloaded an elderly patient in a wheelchair. The patient was dressed in light clothing with nothing but what looked like a shawl draped over their head and shoulders. And appeared to be shoeless. The patient was left outside in the rain, for several minutes, while the driver got things together for the trip inside. Then was pushed to the entrance from across the parking lot, in the wind and rain. Why they weren't dropped at the door is beyond me. After sitting a few minutes, I got concerned that someone could have been left in the van, because the retractable bus doors were left open. So I walked to the van door and shouted inside. No answer, fortunately. But this van was so trashy. Prescription pill bottles, boxes of medical supplies were strown about and left in the van with open doors. I was dumbfounded. I hope this was a new employee, and not reminiscent of the care given at this facility. On the bright side, she did come get the van and pick up the patient at the door on the way out. If I had loved ones there, I would seriously be looking into this. It was at 10am on 12/19/2022, maybe it was someone in your family. 😔😔
