I'm editing this review and making a new review since I've lived here under the new management A lot longer than I did when I made my first review they had just taken over. I do think that lower rent should be for people who have been here longer than new people. As usually a landlord or property management would want to award the tenants who had to live there for a long time. And that the rent is way too high for what you get amenity Wise. You have a gym that's only open 5:00 to 9:00 and when I first moved in the other company allowed us to access the gym with a fob key after they closed The office and it was open till 9pm. Was this company is not allow even though other properties through ACM allow their gyms to be open longer there are a bunch of fees. You have a swimming pool and a couple barbecues With tables at each of them and a fire pit that I've never figured out how to use. I don't think it works but maybe it does. You do have washer and dryers you can pay for if you don't have your own but they don't always work. It's in a little room on the side of the clubhouse. However, all new residents automatically get a washer and dryer in their unit and it's $50 a month that you pay for that. The leasing agent. Josh, who left was very nice. In May and June he started getting activities up and running. The person who's replaced him. Kai Is also very nice. And has kept the activities going. He even comes out and socializes with the residents at these activities. And his wife who comes and helps is wonderful as well. She's very nice and friendly. Whereas the one before him. Josh would stay later but he would stay in his little office. We have had a lot of managers Since ACM took over but the last two have been really nice. I will say when it came to rent this last time when renewing our lease they were able to work with us which was nice and we are very grateful for that. And 100% was grateful to Josh for this. I will say some more positives are the big master bedroom and walk-in closet and the big bathroom. I think there designed for people who meet ADA requirements. And also because it's a 55 plus community it's designed with seniors in mined I'm leaving my stars the way they are because the positives equal the negatives but I feel like that's the case for a lot of places. There's a bunch of positives and a a small bit of negatives no place is perfect and it's not meant to be. And besides, life wasn't meant to be perfect.🙂
