Courageous Home Care has been such a blessing. The staff are professional, reliable, and genuinely caring. They go above and beyond to make sure every need is met, while treating clients with kindness and respect. Communication is always clear and timely, which gives me peace of mind knowing my loved one is in great hands. You can really tell they love what they do, and it makes all the difference. I would highly recommend Courageous Home Care to anyone looking for trustworthy, compassionate support.

Let me just start by saying if I could give this company 0 stars!!! The owner doesn't care about making a difference all she wants Is the money, her spouse doesn't even work for the company but seems to feel like he can talk to employees Witch ever way his mouth desires!! now lets talk safety.. this company has multiple homes with MICE, ROACHES & other infested problems, the owner doesn't do anything about it & gets mad when staff approaches her with the issues they are seeing& that consistently keep accusing, The money the company is receiving is not going to the clients its going to the owner, she rather them shop at thrift stores & dollar stores than actually purchasing things that could be useful to them!! getting furniture with bed bugs and ticks to put into the clients homes just so she doesn't have to buy new or good standing furniture is NEGLECT if u look at it from a clients prospective, also not enough recognition for the good things staff does but recognize only the bad, blasting or belittling staff in groups that are used to communicate & advocate for clients is not OK & for it to come from the owner is not acceptable at all!! I could go on & on about this company but all that I have left to say is DONT send your loved ones to a money hungry, unhealthy, self centered, unsafe establishment!!, also they terminate employees for being an advocate for the clients & voicing there options that is not a place I would like my loved ones to be, if an employee can get terminated for defending a clients rights the clients/ consumers must get treated way worse!! I hope this company does better because being based out of the Lee's Summit area they are not giving healthcare a good look!!.

WARNING...If you or a loved one is looking for in home care, stay away from this place! They don't care about the patients, only the money they can get out of them or the state. The so called managers, don't know what they are doing, they themselves are combative and will agur will sick patients. They will send workers to patients homes that they know have covid, allowing them to get sick as well as other patients they visit. Janette one of the manager came to my home since so many staff members left, to help me, she broke things, used floor stripper on my hard wood floors, when i mentioned it, she started yelling at me and refused to leave, I had to call the Police to get her out of my home! I have tried to reach out to the owner, but she could care less and will not return my calls. So PLEASE BEWARE of this place and the staff.
