Assisted Living and Personal Care give individualized assistance to residents who need help with activities of daily living like bathing, dressing or medication reminders, so they can remain active and involved. Memory Support Services

Memory Support Services provides personalized therapeutic care for individuals with early- to late-stage memory loss caused by Alzheimer’s disease and other types of dementia. Our innovative Connections Memory Support Services program is offered in a variety of settings, including our Assisted Living and Personal Care retirement living communities, in secure neighborhoods and in our Bethlehem Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

At our Bethlehem, Pa., campus we offer Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Services with 24-hour, Medicare-certified long-term senior services and extensive rehabilitative therapy for short-term stays.
