The Cottages at Lochsa Falls deserve my heartfelt thank you!<br>My mother is a resident at The Cottages and she loves living there. Karen Mendoza and her staff are terrific! They take the time to talk, laugh and interact with the residents and their families. I have watched staff during emergencies and they have always taken care of things in such a calm, kind, professional manner. The facility is kept so clean and the activities/entertainment are wonderful. My mother says, "This is my home and these people are my extended family" and that is the best compliment!

The Cottages provide a loving family atmosphere for all of their residents. The staff address each of them by name and take the time to talk and listen to each one. When I enter the facility as a Hospice CNA I am greeted and feel like part of the team!

The Middleton Cottages is hands down the best assisted living facility around, they are kind and passionate with the residents. I would feel very comfortable if one of my loved ones required this kind of care , they are a great group of women at the Middleton facility!
