Corwin Center At Emerald Heights

Corwin Center At Emerald Heights is a Type A Life Care Community offering independent living in Redmond, Washington. Established in 1992, it was the first Life Care Community in Western Washington State and operates as a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. The community provides residents aged 55 and older with a maintenance-free lifestyle and lifetime access to assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing care if health needs change.

The 38-acre campus offers over 40 floor plans including modern apartments in Courtyard residences, Trailside and Main Building units, and spacious duplex cottages. Residents enjoy indoor pool facilities with water aerobics classes, a full-size fitness center with strength training equipment, a jacuzzi, and a yoga studio. The campus is surrounded by evergreens, flower beds, and peaceful walking trails for outdoor recreation.

The community features the Your Choice Dining program, allowing residents to dine when and where they prefer, paying only for meals they select. Dining venues include Copper & Hook, Madrona, and a new Cascades grab-and-go option. Residents can participate in over 60 Resident Association committees and activities that foster social connection and purpose.

Life Plan residents receive care within familiar surroundings if health needs change, with no increase to monthly fees based on the level of care received. This arrangement is particularly beneficial for couples where one spouse may require a higher level of care. The community takes a whole-person approach to wellness, blending fitness, nutrition, social connection, and purpose into daily life for active older adults.
