This is a very great company.I would recommend this company to anyone. The young lady Vanessa was very helpful very understanding.She was more than willing to do what she needed to help me make sure that I had the best care. Definitely 10 out of 10

Cornerstone is a great company Zakiya, Vanessa and the director Blair are very wonderful to work with, they care about their caregivers and their clients. I would recommend them to anyone .

I called for services for my grandfather and spoke to a nice young lady I believe her name was Vanessa. She was very informative and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease with this process because it has been a stressful time.

I can’t say enough good about Cornerstone Caregiving. I have had two excellent account managers in Blair Powell and Brea Simmons. I manage the affairs for an elderly relative who is on a fixed income. Cornerstone has blessed us in multiple ways. Cornerstone was the only agency that showed some compassion. Their account managers listened to our situation and accommodated our needs instead of requiring strict adherence to an impersonal policy. When we did run into issues with a specific caregiver, they were quick to make changes to remedy the situation. When we ran into a billing mistake Blair listened and followed up until a correction was made. Adrian Robinson, our current caregiver is a saint. She works hard and goes above and beyond. I’m sure there’s plenty of work she does for us that aren’t required by her job description. She would just rather stay busy than sit around. My relative expects a lot of people she is paying and she really loves Adrian. I think its unrealistic in this life to expect a total absence of issues. What I appreciate most about Cornerstone is their ability to find quality people that listen and engage on addressing problems when they arise.
