I had the pleasure of touring the facility with family, and I was pleasantly surprised. It is a nice clean environment. And the staff was so helpful and friendly especially Ms. Jessica. I don't remember her last name, but she was comforting and answered all of our questions. We really appreciated that.

Toured for my mom. It’s very nice. We spoke with some residents and they seemed very happy there. They mentioned the activities as a highlight. They also told us the physical therapist there is awesome! The value is there too- the apartments are a great price and very spacious! My mom can’t wait to move in.

I can't say enough good things about this retirement community! The environment is always clean, welcoming and peaceful-truly a place where residents feel at home. The staff goes above and beyond and I especially want to recognize Jessica for exceptional care and attention to detail. She's incredibly thorough, patient, and genuinely dedicated to the well-being of every resident. You can tell she really cares. It's comforting to know our loved ones are in such capable and compassionate hands. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at Chateau Ridgeland! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with friendly and professional service. The atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and well-organized. The staff went above and beyond to help me, and everything was easy to find. Mrs. Jackson was especially helpful—she was very knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain everything I needed to know. I especially appreciated how patient and kind the entire team was. Every question I had was answered with care, and I never once felt rushed. They made sure I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout my visit. I highly recommend Chateau Ridgeland to anyone looking for a retirement facility , a peaceful environment, and staff who truly care.
