I'm a newbie to this hiring help with personal and private part of my life. I have to say when I meet with Adam and Erica they really did my the experience pleasant. I meet again with Erica and her daughter Autumn, and I got to kind of see Erica a little more of the person behind the business and she is awesome. When I speak its from the heart and she to me is an asset to the company. There are two caregivers I would like to recognize two caregivers that go far beyond the scope of there work. That is Hailee and Kendra the come in happy and make you feel so comfortable. So thanks team Cornerstone for striving to be the company you are.

I don’t usually do reviews unless it’s a great experience and Cornerstone is that Adam is great He help us set up a sitter, walked us through the whole process and answered every question we had and even when I gave him a 30 minute notice he jumped in and got a night sitter for us He is caring and has a servants heart Now the sitter he got to stay with mom WOW TOP NOTCH caring , loving , compassionate and very humble Keyona is awesome, you could not ask for a better person , friend and sitter My mother loves her and so do we .. I dreaded the process of finding a sitter or company we could trust my mother with but God put these people in our path and answered our prayers I will use cornerstone of Anniston until mom doesn’t need a sitter I just can’t say enough about how great these folks are, They go way above and beyond and words can not express how HAPPY AND GRATEFUL I AM or how GRATE this company and its people are , they give excellent service and attention to my mother and any concerns I have I wish I had words that could describe how great they are Thank you Adam and keyona Updated review Just wanted to give a update because we now have been using Corner stone in Anniston for about a year total and my last review was about 5 or 6 months ago I just wanted to clear this up because in my previous review I would say ‘ sitter “ but all these folks there are top notch care givers not sitters. Adam is top notch at staying on top of everything and he has only the best of the best professional care givers. Every single person that works there is so compassionate caring and respectful to my mother and family. I assume that Erica’s position is the office manager but that could be the wrong title I am not sure, but let me tell you about her. This woman txt and calls my mother to check on her all the time and anytime I needed something on a short notice Erica was there and handled it perfectly each and every time. It’s not a job to her , she takes so much personal responsibility and care for my mother and goes so far above and beyond that I have never seen anything like it, so thank you for that. Erica you are so awesome. The reason I say all that is because most of the time the folks behind the scene gets left out even though they don’t look at there work as a job but a calling and Erica takes a personal ownership of the care that someone receives and does her job with all of her heart and puts so much love and compassion into it every single day, That my friend is a care giver and a leader and that is rare and unheard of these days!! I cannot say enough good things about Anniston’s Cornerstone Caregiving. Adam and Erica have gone above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly for our loved one. Adam goes so far as to roll the garbage dumpster down and up a very long driveway! Several of the caregivers have done so as well! Teresa , Sonia, Monique and Laci have really stood out to me with their caring attention to detail and always taking the time to keep us up to date on the happenings of the day and night. We feel secure knowing they are keeping our loved one safe and secure!

I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about our Operations Director and Office Manager. They are both incredibly supportive, organized, and genuinely care about the people they work with. Their leadership creates a positive, respectful, and encouraging environment that makes coming to work a great experience. They are always willing to listen, help, and lead with kindness and professionalism. Their dedication and hard work do not go unnoticed, and our team is better because of them.

Both the management and the caregiver (Sandy) have been above and beyond amazing. Calling and checking on family and helping in any way possible. I would highly recommend their services to any family needing an extra hand.
