I have a brother there for rehab. Despite confirming by other means that he is actually there, the nursing staff repeatedly lie to me saying hes not there. They are rude, disrespectful, and and act like its a pain to do their job. My advice to the public? Dont put your family in here. My advice for the rude and nasty staff? Get OUT of the business because you don't need to be in it. Your only there for the paycheck, and couldnt care less about the residents. Go flip burgers somewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS HERE. They are negligent, they are abusive, they are the worst facility I have ever seen. They were killing my sister and telling me it was "decline". She has been in her new facility for a year and is doing wonderful. No more bed sores, no more constant UTIs, no more monthly hospitalizations. Her mental health has improved. They FOUGHT to keep her there and told the new facility she was a trouble maker and loud and caused problems. She can't even get out of bed. The new facility loves her. DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE.

As someone who worked in long-term care facilitie, this is the worst. My grandmother fell, and nobody seen it. Then instead of physical therapy, they stuck her in a wheelchair. I'm so thankful she was moved somewhere else. Core also lied to the new place to keep her from leaving. Only put your family member here if you hate them. 😐
