Mom was in there for 3 months. Staffing is not the best. They are sloppy, disorganized, communication is poor. They lose patients belongings even when it’s labeled. There’s definitely a disconnect between what’s expected and what’s provided. A lot of the staff doesn’t care. It’s just another job like working at McDonald’s. No heart.

This Rehab facility deserves 5 out of 5 stars on Google. I could almost cry while writing this review. My Mother went through a nightmare situation at another rehab after injuring herself; and was so scared of continuing care. The staff here, are absolutely phenomenal! The PT and OT, fantastic! The rooms are huge and private. CNA's respectful and kind. The nursing staff has also been amazing.<br><br>Instead of declining, she has joined in on activities! She's healing! Because her morale is UP! 😭 This place is truly something special. I know she's in good hands and do not feel like I need to worry all day everyday.<br><br>The grounds are beautiful, the food is good, the activities keep people busy, the staff- all all-stars. ABSOLUTELY recommend this facility for the people you love. 10/10.<br><br>What a great experience this has been. ❤️❤️❤️

By far one of the worse nursing homes ever to exist staff answers the phones very rudely and managed Ariana will make promises she can not keep.

My mother was here for rehab recently and staff was so kind and caring, the suites are wonderful and feel like a hotel room! Plenty of room for many visitors ! Unfortunately she had to transition to hospice and I have to give a huge shout out to Mary Lou on the hospice wing so was amazing with my mom as well as family. I thank everyone for taking such good care of my mother.

60%-75% of the staff are completely useless , The other 40%-25% are a complete blessing !!!....
