My aunt has been cared for by the wonderful staff at Concord for nearly 2 years. She has received such tender care, always done with professional expertise! I am responsible for my aunt’s well-being, and they have been so considerate to me, keeping me informed of even the smallest details of my aunt’s care. I have nothing but praise for this care facility and its staff.

Was horrified by what this care center did to the family of one of its patients--the premise of care is that if a patient with dementia can't specifically ask for a normal human need they should be denied it. Google the news stories regarding the Rayhons case, before considering putting someone you love in their care.
