Complete Care at Willow Creek is a truly beautiful and well-maintained facility. The attention to detail in the décor and cleanliness creates such a welcoming and comforting environment. You can tell they genuinely care about making this a wonderful place for residents!

For sub acute rehab the facility may be nice. If you have to have a relative or loved one on the long term care side find another nursing home. My mother was placed in a room with a verbally abusive racist woman who was abusive to my mother and her family visiting. Once I was able to get her out of the room with that woman they started leaving my mother sitting in pure urine for hours at a time. Her soiled clothes were thrown in closet to scent up her fresh clothes. When you go to the floor medical staff nurses and/or aides they do not try to help you. In fact if you don't stay there and make them remove soiled clothes and diapers they will just sit there in it. My mother had on a diaper and had urine soaked clothes on with stains on both legs down to her knees. The aide was nasty when I tried to inform her that my mother needed changing. I had to tell her to use soap on my mother to clean the urine off her. Unfortunately my mother has been sitting in urine daily for hours at a time so now she just naturally "smells" like urine. There were flies in the unit day room where they eat, I have not visited my mother one time where flies were not landing on residents’ food and or their bodies. Take my advice and don’t buy in the sub acute side and think it is a good place for your family member or loved one. It is just cosmetically set up to look appealing.

I would like to thank all the of staff, for being so kind and helpful. You guy's were amazing in caring for my mom. You made my family feel so comfortable and welcome. I would also like to tip my hat to the cleaning staff of the facility. This facility always smelled of vanilla and lavender throughout the building. I would like to give a special thanks to Ieka Higgins and the nursing staff on her floor. From my family, we sincerely, appreciate you and thank you!!!

If it allowed me I would not even give this place a "1" star. My husband and I actually would sit in a chair every night for weeks with my mother who was in a failing health. The staff was rude, unclean and uncaring. They wore street clothes - not uniforms. The food they served was disgusting to look at let alone feed to my mother. We would go out & buy food for her. At one point I noticed bumps on my mother's forehead & told the desk. They did nothing. I then ORDERED them to get a doctor in there. The doctor arrived a diagnosed her with shingles. There's so many other horror stories that I don't understand how the Township of Franklin, Somerset County or the State Department is not inspecting these places once a moth for the sake of the patients.
