My mother was transferred to this facility from another facility due to neglect and not being taken to her doctor's appointments. Upon arrival her health was pretty frail. I was receiving phone calls from one of the supervisors that she was disrupting the other patients by screaming as she had dementia at that point. She had other residents wandering into her room it was upsetting to her and I was told she was on the dementia floor and there was nothing they could do about it. She was put on hospice. The facility had what I would call an intervention saying that everything she had was curable. We had decided to take her off of hospice and she passed within a month. She wanted to be a DNR and they talk to me out of that too because everything she had was curable. Also she was refused blood work 5 days before she died. Do not put your loved one in this place.
