My mother was transferred to this facility from another facility due to neglect and not being taken to her doctor's appointments. Upon arrival her health was pretty frail. I was receiving phone calls from one of the supervisors that she was disrupting the other patients by screaming as she had dementia at that point. She had other residents wandering into her room it was upsetting to her and I was told she was on the dementia floor and there was nothing they could do about it. She was put on hospice. The facility had what I would call an intervention saying that everything she had was curable. We had decided to take her off of hospice and she passed within a month. She wanted to be a DNR and they talk to me out of that too because everything she had was curable. Also she was refused blood work 5 days before she died. Do not put your loved one in this place.

So far - excellent check in, attention to all aspects of care and meds, already met with several staff who will be involved with my Son’s care and well being. My son loved lunch and his room mate is very kind, funny and friendly. Tiffany, manager for my son’s section, was kind, efficient, caring, patient and very helpful, especially when I asked for a lot of detail on his meds. I am so relieved. This is what rehab should be like!

My mother is being starved and neglected. *Beware and be mindful of all negative reviews. They’re accurate.* This facility baited me into signing over guardianship to the state, leaving me with zero ability to assist nor save my mother from this horrible facility. When my mother arrived almost 3 years ago for memory care, she could walk and even eat on her own. Then, the guardianship took effect and now, she is completely immobile, unable to feed herself, and so heavily medicated she’s practically catatonic. Still haven’t received a reason to why she’s even on psych meds in the first place. She currently weighs under 95lbs and is skin and bones. She’s had multiple bedsores within last several months and has lost 15lbs within that timeframe as well. She has deteriorated so quickly and it’s heartbreaking to witness. Just this Monday, I came to visit and her mouth was crusty and dry, an indication of dehydration, her voice was horribly hoarse and her face appeared to have been unwashed since the last time I visited just two days prior on Friday morning. Not only that, it took several aides to run around like chickens with their heads chopped off to find my mother’s and another residents’ breakfast tray. Had I not been there and pestered those aides, she probably wouldn’t have eaten. Yesterday, the following day, as I was leaving the facility, an aide stopped and thanked me for coming to feed my mother in the morning. She then stated that she makes it a point to make sure my mother eats and gets some type of sustenance because when she leaves, who knows who cares enough to feed her on those other shifts. This admission from the aide fully confirmed what has been dismissed for the last several months. Today, I spoke with one of the administrators, quite dismissive and won’t name her as she’s been named enough in these reviews, and she was so hellbent on disproving my concerns and findings that she ironically proved them and made the facility look even worse. Bravo; what a spectacle she is. I understand there’s a shortages currently in healthcare but allowing vulnerable residents to be susceptible to neglect is unacceptable. *Please pay attention to your family members if they’re residents here.*

My father was at complete care for a while. Horrible if I could give a zero I would. He had bruises and stitches, black eyes and cuts. When I got pissed and asked they just said oh he fell. No compassion at all. My father had dementia. So he needed to be kept aware and do things with him to keep his memory going good. Well all they did to all the patients that couldn’t care for themselves is stick them in front of the nurses station and they would just sit there all day. Not engaging in anything. It was so sad. All his clothing and blankets we would purchase would “disappear “. They would say they w ere probably in laundry. Never saw them again. I would not recommend at all.
