The Most Beautiful Rehab Facility that I’ve ever been to!!! Courtesy, is above and beyond!!! The Staff are unbelievable, the Director shows Amazing Dedication and Commitment To answer any questions ASAP. The Love ❤️ of the Nurses who give out the medication 💊 don’t Play if it’s not your correct timeframe to receive your medication you have to Wait!!! The Occupational Therapist and Physical Therapist Don’t Play around with your proper Care. The Director is someone who I will never ever forget, Her Personality shows that Danielle is exactly where she should be!!! This is the place to go if you or family members need Rehab. Everyone That I met along with the Relegious Priest and Sister who gave me communion, The Social Workers, the entire staff. My father was there for about a month. January to February 2026. Initial care was okay. Took 4 days to get an appropriate bed given his spinal issues. My father is a complainer and is needy. That said, he is kind. There’s no lie to this. Disrespectful evening/night nurses are not okay. Was told multiple times it’d be looked into and was never done. Halfway point we have a care meeting regarding his care. Emphasis was on him needing a whole new team of care since he’s moving. For 2 weeks, no outside referrals were made. Upon discharge, no assistance was provided in packing his things, and only 3 days worth of narcotic level medication was prescribed. No referrals were provided upon discharge as well. We were simply told to follow up with his pain management doctor that DOES NOT EXIST. A PCP cannot / should not prescribed narcotic level mediation, even if it’s PRESCRIBED. One of the medications prescribed was sent to the pharmacy but was on back order and pharmacy advised to have it sent somewhere else. Katya the DIRECTOR of SOCIAL SERVICES stated she CANNOT provide a script but she SENT the script to a pharmacy that simply couldn’t fill it…(This is written communication via Email) We visited him multiple times during his stay. This was a terrible experience. The food was so bad, my father had to order food delivered to his room from outside the facility. Don’t let the good reviews fool you. 0⭐️’s DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT THEM.
