I am extremely disappointed with the quality of care provided at this facility. Patients are frequently left sitting in soiled clothing and bedding for extended periods of time, which is unacceptable. Hourly rounding is not being done, which causes patients to wait hours for assistance. The overall cleanliness of the facility is concerning. The food quality is poor as well. Families are trusting this facility with their love ones to provide compassionate, quality care and its not being done. Its horrible. Also when you call to speak with someone, the receptionist does answer but when transferred out, No answer. 0/10 will not recommend.

My mom is a first time patient at rehab. I understand there is a lot of residents on the floor. For there be no communications on when her meds will be given and not to have somebody say i am on the floor tonight if u need me is not a good welcomeing. She is already hsve a hard time being there. Doesnt make her want to be there.

Marcella, the physical therapist is one of the best persons I met. She take good care of my mom and make sure she’s up and able to be attended to. She motivates my mom every day and molded my mom back into herself after several strokes every time I see Marcella at work I know my mom is in good condition and well taken care of.

Basically sardine packed and over tested for everything because you are tightly packed together .....they are trying to do the very least and charge the very least.... youre basically on.top of the other patient its embarrassingly small....their food isnt chef inspired just frozen pizza...the communal shower had someone previous stuff in there so it couldn't have been cleaned between and the shower chair was cracked so I probably would have went through the chair....and may have hurt myself

Erika at the front desk is extremely friendly and an asset to the facility. When you enter, she goes out of her way to welcome you and offer assistance in any way she can. She is also very friendly and personable to the residents who sometimes enjoy sitting in the lobby for a change of scenery.
