Im not sure how this place stays open. How does the health department allow this?? Health department needs to do better. They caused serious harm to my mother. They do not know how to draw blood or run tpn. Extremely dangerous! The whole facility smells like urine. Aides and nurses sit behind desk and do not take care of patients. The rooms are covered in dirt and dust. The floors and walls are filthy bugs all over the place. Please reconsider sending your family here. Call facilities and take a tour first.

My sister room is so pitiful, it smells no one cares to clean her toilet and to cut her nails. The wall needs to be taken care of it's a very gloomy place to be or visit. I would like to send a picture to the new week and sue you.

I highly recommend Complete Care at Cedar Grove. My mom was in rehab there for 3 weeks. She received excellent care and service from a caring staff. The Physical Therapy was top notch. The facility was clean and staff professional and friendly. Definitely a 5 star facility.

My son was there for 5 weeks. Beautiful place, clean but care, aside from nursing was non existent. No PT, food mostly inedible. Messed up his insurance and he came home with none. Worst ever. Short staffed, short supplies. Nurses were too good for that place but ignored for hours by CNAs. Not even an extra blanket.
