Every step of the process that I’ve worked with this company has been made so easy and headache free under the expert care and guidance of Lois. The company itself and everyone I’ve encountered have been exactly what the name states, compassionate. They are polite and professional and in my experience if they say something is being taken care of I can trust wholeheartedly that it is in fact being taken care of. Compassionate Home Care is absolutely wonderful. Lois Morgan has been my sister's case coordinator for seven years. Lois goes above and beyond to make sure she has done everything possible for my Sister. Compassionate Home Care is ran competent as well as spiritual and it shows in each of their staff. I would highly recommend this agency.

I have been using Compassionate for several years. They have been so great all around for me and my family. They have always met all of my needs and answered all my questions and helped resolve any issues I've ever had. The staff is just that, compassionate!! If you're ever in need for home care service facilities I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED contact them. I've been with other companies and no one else has compared. There were months at a time I didn't hear from or see anyone. Once I got with compassionate they check on us and make sure we are okay and if there is anything that we may need they can help with. I LOVE LOVE LOVE COMPASSIONATE HOME CARE!!

I have been with compassionatee home care for years now.i got the bright ideal a little while after I was with them. That there was other agencies after they would treat me better.. man was I wrong. The agency that I switched to I couldn't even get them to return my phone calls. What's the lady come out & me up the first time. I I never seen anyone again I made 12 or 15 calls to that other agency. So I called Miss Lousand begged her to take me back. And she did I let me it's the best decision I ever made when you work with Miss Lois it's not like you're a client let's Lois treats you like you're a family member. There's been many of times I've called her in a frantic situation been upset and she's always dropped what she's doing to help me and not everybody will do that but she does . When I call out there everyone knows who I am they call me by my name you don't get that kind of service just everywhere but you do when you deal with compassionate home Care. Just remember and live by this the grass isn't always greener on the other side I learned that lesson the hard way.
