if i could give them zero stars i would. i listened to a man down the hall cry and shout in pain for over fifteen minutes one night visiting my father, i went out in the hallway looking for someone to help him for what felt like forever, no one was at the desks and when I finally found a guy he said it wasn't his section to take care of but I pressed that the man had been screaming for help for awhile and someone needed to check in on him. he was asking for an ambulance and the guy seemed like he shrugged it off and got him some water instead. these people were not giving my father who had sepsis after a failed gastric bypass surgery any pain meds. they were confused when I asked them about it. if you saw the tears rolling down my father's face when he finally got some like i did you would be sick. they had the bed as low to the ground as you could possibly have it which seemed incredibly unsanitary. he was barely checked on in comparison to his old nursing home forty minutes away. he couldn't scream out in pain like the other guy not that it would have mattered if he could. they let him rot in that room. i will forever feel regret and guilt for wanting to have my father closer to me because they fast tracked his death. don't you dare put your loved ones here. it will not remotely surprise me if they hide this review but it's the truth and they know that. idk if they team up with hospice either but they failed him too. i asked for documentation and was never given any, they literally walked out of the room and never came back. DON'T. GO. HERE.
