Didn’t care for my mom properly and allowed her to go from improving the first few weeks after her cancer surgery to contracting an infection from the improperly cared for JP drain and were too stupid to take her to the hospital. Instead they called me asking her what to do after it was too late, then took her to the hospital where she died within an hour, and before I could arrive. Overall, keep your loved ones at home instead of taking them to a Skilled Nursing Facility to die!

THIS PLACE SAVED MY AUNTS LIFE!! I will be forever grateful for the fantastic care she received. They did so awesome that she is going home next week!! I used to run skilled nursing facilities so I know what good care is (and bad care) - Community Care exceeded in all aspects. The nursing staff was exceptional starting with their director Shauntee. I was concerned at first with a locked facility with limited visiting hours but was quickly put at ease by the compliments my aunt gave the place. I stopped by (semi-urgent) visit one evening and couldn't believe it - it was like a party - everyone was out watching movies, popcorn, laughing, it was more fun than my house! If you are considering Palm for a loved one - talk to Jackie the social services director and you will be put at ease. Jackie was my aunts favorite and I a see why - the care she has for each resident is so apparent. You know when you go to a business and you meet an employee and they just seem to be the perfect fit for the job - well that's Jackie. She was born to serve in healthcare. Go for a tour - you will not be disappointed!! Ps. the facility's grounds are so beautiful - it's like a park not like your typical nursing facility.

Been going for awhile visiting an family brother friend and he loves it there and staff are always always kind and helpful. Good place for Mom, Brother,Sister etc. Thank you hero's during this pandemic. Sincerely Terri Rinker
