I was highly disappointed! I was told this is the caregiving agency to go to!! However, I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to Comfort keepers in Cda, Idaho. Penny per the website is a client care specialist with years of experience. Our experience with Penny was unprofessional, not compassionate to parents situation and made us feel as though we didn’t know what our parents needed. The billing is always questionable and to get answers back from bookkeeper, penny or the owner is like pulling teeth. The caregivers were nice enough and seemed to care, but it seems like they go through caregivers more than I change my socks. Which leads us to believe that the caregivers are unhappy there too. I asked one caregiver about how she liked working there and at first she said “I love being a caregiver” But when I pushed she stated that there was a time it felt like family but now it feels like an empty soul and then next thing I know she has resigned. The positive thing I can say (why I gave 1 star atleast) is the scheduler Jenny… she is always so kind, professional and communicative. She has listened to my woes with the decline of my parents and always answers our calls. Anyways, in our caregiver support group I expressed our disappointment and was recommended another agency and thus far I am very pleased with the new agency. I am not sure what has changed over the years with Comfort keepers, looking at past reviews…… it seems many were very happy with the agency, but I was not happy and many in our support group have expressed it as well. So sad for all involved.

We’d been searching for home care in Post Falls for months, and ComForCare was the perfect fit! Larissa and Olivia were so welcoming and took the time to explain everything. We feel completely at ease knowing our parents, including my veteran dad, are in great hands with this locally owned team backed by a trusted nationwide franchise!

On behalf of my family I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the care of my father during the final week of his life. The Comfort Keepers staff was gentle, kind, understanding, and professional. They went out of their way to ensure he clean and comfortable and checked for pressure sores. I highly recommend Comfort Keepers to care for your loved ones.

We have been very happy with services Comfort Keepers has provided for us. Our initial meeting with Penny left us assured that they could provide the care our dad would need. Our caregivers have all been exceptional. JC our main caregiver has been so kind, thoughtful and supportive. Dad always has a smile when she arrives. Jen the scheduler is very accommodating and puts up with all our changes. Can’t thank them enough.

Comfort Keepers cones into an Assisted Living to give my Mom a shower and some extra personal care - lotion, new hearing aide batteries et.. they do a fantastic job. The Comfort Keeper shows up for all the shifts & on time. We weren’t getting the shower done at her Care Facility. They said she would refuse- but after a month of not showering - we decided to hire extra outside help. I’m so glad we did!!
