If I could give no stars I would. Several shifts no one showed up and no one called. Very unproffessional! I would not recommend them at all.

Highly recommend Comfort Keepers - Akron. The reason why is Amy and her staff. They gave me and my siblings hope in finding a qualified care company. We learned we could trust Comfort Keepers - Akron. Through ups and downs of our parents’ health and lives, they were our hands, eyes and ears caring and watching over our folks. The company reflects Amy’s tender heart towards seniors, ensuring to preserve their dignity and protect and provide a healthy, orderly lifestyle. We have no hesitation to say that our parents were served and cared very well by Amy, her staff and aides. When problems arose, Amy was there offering solutions and standing by me. Comfort Keepers was there when my father and mother passed away. I am so thankful for the blessing by Comfort Keepers Akron.

The most caring and compassionate ladies I ever met! They provided 24/7 home care for our step-dad as we tried to keep him at home during leukemia treatments. We live an hour away so Amy went above and beyond and accompanied him to doctor's appointments and treatments serving as his advocate and our ears. I would highly recommend Amy and her team to anyone looking for care for a loved one!
