Stephanie is the head manager she is the worse person to talk to when there is a situation. My mother nurse called out sick and never had a replacement for the days of her being sick. Stephanie raised her voice at me.I would like to speak to headquarters. I was told by employee Stephanie is rude and dont communicate. She should not be working there at all.

Having a hard time getting a aide, No communication they said I needed more hrs which I been getting 9 hrs a week with the other company I had that company wasn't sending me a aide when my aide calls out what's wrong with these agencies can't get help for us clients my insurance company approved for 45 hrs which I don't need I need help with laundry, vacuum n change my linen and dishes sometimes only need 3hrs for 3days I so sick n tried of these agencies when I was a aide 20yrs ago there was a lots of work for us in all areas of south Jersey. I don't have any children to help me no family members to help either it's sad I have a pacemaker defibrillator I get tired easy when I over do itneed help with shopping also

Nice place to be. Very professional. Bridget is a very nice person. She always care about the staff who work with her, and she care more about the patients. She always go to patient home to make sure everything is good. She provide the PPE for confort and security of the patients and the workers. Thank you Bridget.

Unprofessional, unreliable, Do not use Comfort Hands. They were contracted to provide 6 days of support to a 95 year old wheel chair bound person and they started out OK then they began skipping days and rotating individuals. They said the person was difficult! Well, you are dealing with an elderly person and NEED to have patience for a 95 year old wheelchair bound person. Not having help and this sporadic help is going to be stressful for a 95 year old as they need some consistency. And finally they didn't show up for over a week, How can you do that as a company who helps people?And especially for Someone who needs assistance showering and getting dressed. After 10 days with noone, they promised to send someone and they never showed up. Disgraceful

I was approached for 14 hours a week. They came on a Tuesday with no prior notice and I was out back and didn’t hear the doorbell so they left. Then they called and said they would be here Tuesday and Thursday 9-1. Thursday she comes at 9 but leaves at 11. I complained about the lack of communication and that I wasn’t getting all my allotted hours. Then nobody shows up today. I called and she said that since I complained they didn’t send anyone. Again, no notification. They’re very unorganized and don’t know what they’re doing.
