Too bad I can't give a zero. They lie to you about the service you will receive. Caregivers are not qualified. Little to no staff, management is horrible, response is slow. Very bad business management. My family dealt with a lady named Linda. She had a very snobby attitude when we were talking to her about staff and pricing she told us one price and then when we set up the final attaches if getting payment ready we spoke to someone who I think was above her and she told us a different price, which was the final set price. Linda never seemed to know what was going on with pricing and staff, as well as as how the rules of like the company went as will. She never did anything to rectify the situation. She was very condescending when getting a breakdown of how services were going to go for our loved one as if we should have known already. If that is the type of person that is working for the company then it’s not learned it was taught and that means the entire company is being ran that way.
