We had the pleasure of utilizing this service as a sitter service for a hospice patient actively dying. Though they didn't have the staffing at this moment to be able to be our ONLY source at this time, they were VERY loving, professional, and on top of communication making sure to verify the need and times of service. If there was an issue, they were sure to contact us with the issue (except for 1 time... which is why the 4 out of 5 starts). If they can get more staffing (the other reason for 4 out of 5 stars) they will be our #1 go to ALL THE TIME!!! They are SO MUCH BETTER than the other staffing agency we HAD to use and let us down time after time.
