A year ago when we started services with ComForCare we were told by the operations manager Ariel that they could meet our needs. For the most part things went well except that caregivers that we liked and trained began leaving or were reassigned. This cycle continued making consistency impossible. Training their new employees became a job for us. We continued this process frequently as caregivers continued to be taken away for other new clients. The past few months we had a couple of consistent caregivers who were doing a wonderful job and who expressed that they enjoyed coming to our home. One of our most favorite caregivers had to quit her job. Though she needed the income the uncaring attitudes of the office staff caused her to feel devalued and stressed. Things got worse when the office got a new scheduler. It is our observation that office staff lacks communication, organizational and caring skills for this job. Management lacking as well. They appears to be indifferent to the chaos they cause. Things became increasingly dysfunctional with lots of errors including schedule changes of which we were not informed. We got a letter saying that we were being dropped from services due to staffing limitations. This didn't seem clear given that we knew that they were taking on new clients AND additional staff. We repeatedly asked for explanations but neither the manager nor the owner Bryce Patten gave us answers. It was getting close to the holidays AND our family member was hospitalized for a week. We asked that they reconsider discontinuation of services or at least delay the discontinuation. Our family member needed our attention rather than have us spend time looking for and setting up a new agency. They refused our pleas for compassion. Instead of "caring" about us we were treated with indifference and cruelty. They didn't care about us. They refused to even give us one additional day. Within the last day or two of our discontinuation of services we learned of at least two caregivers who were fired immediately even though it was two weeks before Christmas. It is our opinion based on our experiences that ComForCare lacks empathy as well as managerial skills. ComForCare is the Grinch that stole Christmas from clients and from employees.

I have worked with Kenzie on several occasions, and let me tell you! She is someone you can count on 100% of the time. She was able to send aid out within 24hrs to lend a hand, and ensure that person was safe and cares for. So if you’re ever in a bind and need some help at home or your loved one needs help, give her a call! She is responsive and her team is amazing! I know that when I call Kenzie, her team is going to give excellent care of that loved one. Another bonus is, they can help get you/your loved one set up with the correct insurances, because we all know that can be tricky. Call Comeforcare, they will come care for your loved one like they are their own!

I don’t even know where to start! ComForCare is such a blessing to me and my family. My dad is fighting stage 4 cancer and I needed some extra help with his care. We have Hospice come in twice a week and ComForCare for 3-4 times a week. They are very easy to schedule and work with. Sometimes I need them 3 hours a day and other times in need them 7 hours a day. Sometimes I am there at the house when they come and other times I leave and find quiet time for myself. I never have to worry about my dad when they are there. It gives peace of mind knowing he’s in good hands when I’m away. Thank you to the whole team for treating me and my dad like family. I couldn’t do this without them!

We were very impressed with our nurse Devin! He is attentive, kind, and professional. He genuinely cares for those he looks after and always puts a smile on grandmas face. We are so appreciative of his work ethic and his attention to detail. Devin is like family!
