Absolutely agree with the reviews here. Bunch of busy bodies that sit by the elevator blocking pathways so they can noise in other people's business and arrogant tenants who think they are in charge instead of management. The management loves the "take charge overbearing" tenants because they don't have to the work. Had one tenant who thinks he owns the parking on a public Manhattan street. Drinking, drugs and chain smokers. You probably could do better living on campus at K-State. Horrible place and even worse people. It's nothing more than a gloomy nursing home dorm environment in disguise.

Most of the people here are busy bodies I think they have to know everything about what you're doing even your private life there is no privacy here rules are horrendous constant fire alarms going on because some not burnt their hamburger I would recommend this place to my dog and I don't have a dog anymore

I understand this is not a good place to live. Many contentious people live there. There is no ambiance. Annoyingly frequent apartment inspections. Frequent staff changes and not all are helpful.
