I moved in about a couple days ago and Danette was so fantastic to meet with! I absolutely love the building I’m in, the park is super close to me for my daughter, and upon moving in any issues I seen maintenance was super quick to help me!! I had trouble locking my door and maintenance was so happen to be driving past and he stopped to help and he was super sweet!! I for sure say this is a forever home for me and my family. ❤️🥰

Besides the buildings being liveable, overall a horrible experience. You can watch people skirt parking rules daily and commit traffic violations constantly but only a couple cars are ever warned.

This is a great community to live in and is within the best school district in Wayne County. It takes a while to get in and you have to pay a rather large refundable fee to buy into the complex but that makes your monthly carrying fee rather small. There are great parks for kids. The town homes are really nice inside and maintained. Definately gets five stars.

We love this place. My husband and I moved in fall of 2014. My neighbor's are great and most of them have lived here 20+ years. For the most part, management has been wonderful, but can be a bit slow to respond at times. It feels like a home and we plan to stay here indefinitely.
