This is a fantastic facility that really cares about its clients. The Staff is hard working and always looking for ways to improve the facility and services. Would recommend!

Just called to get information and the answer was "no" and the woman who answered the phone hung up on me! I called back and asked why she had done that and her answer was "because I had answered your question". WTH? If that is the treatment regarding customer service, I can't imagine the treatment they give the people that are sent there. I would not recommend this place to anyone, ever!

The poorest customer service I've had in a long time, called to speak with someone about offering my services and time and was told "they didn't have the time to speak with me because of lunch"
