I was working with another company,that didn't respect my work ethics,while working that company I met a lady that was very nice and she saw my worth ,but heard about my skills. She knew I wasn't being treated correctly and gave me a better opportunity, to work for a company that values their employees and take care of there residents. I will forever be grateful that I work for this company. The whole staffs are great and I will always help out when and if I can,, come work for them,the team is awesome 😎 so to say all that CHC rocks💪🏿🤎. Thank you and I really appreciate the team.

I’ve worked for Coastal for a few years now and I must say I love being apart of the family. Coastal is more of a family not just a job. Being able to build your own schedules and also prn aide is so flexible. Tara the owner is very hands on and some company’s you don’t see the owner at all but Tara is always there. Amy the scheduler is amazing . ❤️

My experience with Coastal Health Connections has been great so far. The communication is clear, consistent, and always professional, which makes scheduling and shifts run smoothly. I feel supported by the team, and they’re always responsive whenever I have questions or need assistance. It’s been a positive and reliable place to work, and I truly appreciate the way they value their staff. I also want to shout out Amy she’s so great, sweet, and helpful! 10/10 - I would definitely recommend anyone to work here!

I have almost 17 years experience in caregiving and this is by far one of the best places I’ve ever worked for. The staff is friendly, professional and they’re flexible with scheduling. There’s always work and clocking in/Out is very easy. The clients that I’ve worked with for them are also sweet and kind. I love going to work everyday. If you’re thinking about applying here, you should!
