My Daddy is in there now and the staff is horrible! He fell the first day he was there. They found him on the floor with a HUGE knot on his head. This is a terrible place to put your loved ones.

Peggy in customer service or who answers the phones is extremely rude! I called 3 times for work related purposes, and got hung up on twice! I waited 8 minutes patiently upon calling the second time only for her to hang up again! After calling back the 3rd time I was able to get the answer I was seeking, but that is absolutely ridiculous to hang up on people as if their time is not just as valuable! A true disgrace to the customer service community!

My grandmother was put in this nursing home 8 mothns ago after having a stroke, they were supposed to be doing some rehab with her. Most of the workers here, don't do their job as a professional health care personnel person, we came in one day to visit her and her hair was matted and dirty.. they didn't clean her like they were suppose to. She caught an infection after 8 months of being there and made her real sick, on March 5th 2022 at 2pm, we found out she passed away from getting sick from the infection she caught while in their care.
