~After spending a week at Southlake hospital due to a bad fall...My ninety year old Stepdad entered this facility on March 9th and left yesterday to return home. From the moment he arrived his/our experience was excellent. The team of nurses and therapists that cared for him truly made his recovery go smoothly. After being there over a month we interacted with several different staff members and I was positive that we had selected the right place for him to recover. We were truly blessed to have met so many wonderful people. From the bottom of my heart~Thank You!! 🙏❤️

decisions here are not made for the improvement of the patients but the improvement of the facilities financial picture. grave concerns with treatment of patients. If you dont like your family member this might be the place for you. this is my opinion - do what your conscience tells you.

It is so refreshing to see a staff care for patients the way this staff does. They want the best for the patients and truly care about them. The facility is clean and the therapy gym is beautiful. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for somewhere to place their loved ones.
