Everyone was so kind and polite. Lots of smiles. Definitely made mom feel welcomed. The place is very clean beautiful and comfortable for residents and their loved ones when they visit. Nice array of activities too!

So after my 1 star review. I have spoken to many, at Superior Residences. My 96yr old grandmother is glad to be back with, friends. Glad to say my conversations with all staff and the Director went okay. Very unhappy with the lack of care. My grandmother recently received if her Shower days are 2x a week. How on earth did it go unseen and unnoticed. Her Pacemaker was coming through her skin. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE

I am so pleased that I chose Superior Residences of Clermont Memory Care for Mom. A great variety of activities and socializing to keep them engaged and active. Both the management team and staff have shown care, concern and a commitment to her well-being.

Superior Residences celebrated July 4th yesterday The last Friday in June! The Staff opened our doors to outside families to be guests for a meal prepared specially for The Holiday!! People of all ages shared a meal, played a spinning wheel game for prizes , of fried chicken onion rings plantains hamburgers/cheeseburgers cold drinks for the hot day at hand! Photos were obtained by staffers for our Own Facebook Website. I’ll have to check it out soon! And fresh watermelon or pastries for dessert A cake was given in honor a long term employee who is trying out retirement! I really enjoyed myself as I mingled with the crowd to just say hello and we are so very glad that you came! The Kitchen staffers put on a fine meal

When it came time to move my 93 year old father in law to an assisted living facility nearby, I reached out to a friend who does therapy dog work for recommendations. Immediately she suggested Superior Residences of Clermont. The administration and staff have always been very responsive and supportive. There’s so much relief for our family knowing my father in law can enjoy his spacious apartment and a variety of activities to chose from to maintain his sense of independence in a safe environment. His oldest son, who is legally blind, also shares their large two-bedroom apartment (each with their own bathroom), and it’s been wonderful to see him develop friendships with other residents and staff. Avid film & tv buffs, they enjoy movie nights in the theater room and organized weekly group screenings of Star Trek & Piccard to socialize and discuss. The staff is amazing - like most places, it’s challenging to finding new hires. However, there is not the constant turnover that you see in many other facilities, and it’s a team atmosphere where everyone pitches in to help the residents even if not their specific role. The only area that isn’t quite to the level of care is the food. While perfectly adequate, obviously dining quality is important to those whose schedules revolve around meals. We brought our loved ones feedback to the administration and appreciate that they are working on solutions - between finding new suppliers, more diabetic-friendly options, and trying to hire additional serving staff. One final item that sold us on Superior is that they are one of the few facilities in the area that have a full license that will allow my father in law to age in place. When the time comes that his needs are greater than assisted living, he can transition to the next levels of nursing & memory care - without the stress & disruption of finding and moving a totally new place. We are very happy with our selection of Superior Residences of Clermont, and would recommend them to any family who is looking for a good place for their loved one. It’s not the fanciest building or the newest, but it’s clean, comfortable, and most importantly the entire staff (from admin, activities, assistants, housekeeping, kitchen, and nursing) are dedicated caring professionals.
