Clayton rehab is a nice, quaint nursing home in Clayton, NM. The staff are friendly, compassionate and observant of your loved ones. If you live in Union County, this is a great place for your loved ones to rehab.

MY AUNT HELEN SINTAS IS IN THE CLAYTON NURSING AND REHAB. IT IS AWESOME THAT WE HAVE SUCH CARING PEOPLE AT THE FACILITY THAT GO OVER AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. CLAYTON IS SO LUCKY TO HAVE SUCH A GREAT FACILITY IN OUR COMMUNITY. THANK YOU ALL FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO FOR OUR LOVED ONE.!

It has always been pleasant visiting Clayton Nursing & Rehab. It is always sparkling clean,l and bright. I always see them sanitizing and cleaning everything no matter what time of the day i visit to draw blood from its residents. The staff are all hardworking and accommodating esp Amalyn and Stephanie who are always warm and caring to everyone esp with their residents. The elders are in good hands in this nursing home. Everyone is well taken cared of.
