Hello everyone I want to take the time to say how much I appreciate this facility. Mark Chandross is an amazing executive director. He is very attentive and caring towards patients, staff and family members. Without even knowing who I was there to visit, he showed kindness and was so helpful. Also osker, the nurses and Cna’s are so caring, helpful and very compassionate. This is such a loving and professional environment for anyone that brings a family member in. Thank you to housekeeping for being kind to my family and keeping the place clean. I have never felt so safe putting a family member anywhere until this place came along! A big thank you and God Bless you all!

All the nurses respond rapidly and they are cheerful, kind and caring. I feel much better at Clay. I feel I am getting great therapy and the feedback is positive. Nothing is easy about our health , but the staff at Clay is taking care of me, encourages me and supports me! I highly recommend.

I can’t say enough kind words about the staff at Clay County Care Center. I am overwhelmed at the love a support they show my mom. The staff is friendly and attentive. I can tell they truly love my mom. I especially enjoy the time they take to just chat with my mom. I am so comfortable leaving her in their care. I love this place!! ❤️❤️❤️

My mother had to go to a nursing home and they sent her to Clay. She was well taken care of by the loving staff. It’s a slightly older building, but I was surprised how clean it was and no odors. The rehab therapists worked hard and got my mom back to strength and now she is happy at home. Thank God for everyone at Clay!
