Clark Terrace is an affordable housing community serving low-income seniors aged 62 and older in Norco, California. The community consists of 80 one-bedroom apartments designed to provide independent living with support services.

Residents benefit from a service coordinator on staff who connects them to community and medical services, helping ensure access to care and resources. The community maintains a non-smoking policy throughout all premises and common areas.
