I was referred to this facility and a woman answered who did not understand when I said I was referred by another facility. She then said she is alone there and she is a business so why was I calling. I asked you soeak to someone else and said she had a vo worker and hung up. I called again and asked for the owners number as I was referred there and when I asked for someone else she handed the phone to Jane. Jane kept saying owner not here owner not here but she did take my name and number. I am wondering how these 2 would be capable of caring for my uncle let alone other patients. I think someone needs yo go check on this place
