Was assisting a resident and the resident asked one of the nurses, Deborah, for assistance on her phone in which Deborah was extremely rude to the resident and took her phone and was blatantly disrespectful to me and did not let me speak. I don't think in any situation, someone should speak to their residents like that as well as someone over the phone as well.

I recently transferred my grandfather to Claridge House nursing facility, and I’m very pleased with how smooth the transition was. The admission staff were incredibly helpful—clear, precise, and supportive throughout the entire process. Their professionalism made a potentially stressful situation much easier. My experience with Claridge House was truly comforting, especially during the admission process. When our family had to move my grandmother into their care, the admissions team was incredibly supportive, making what could’ve been a stressful transition smooth and reassuring. The nurses were compassionate and attentive, consistently going above and beyond to make sure she felt safe and cared for.
