Lilac staff and faculty was excellent in handling the rehab of my mom. The staff and physical therapist were great and it felt good walking in a nursing home and seeing the patrons up and moving around and not confined in their rooms

I currently have a friend here. The way she is treated by the staff is unconscionable. The staff has stolen from her personal hygiene items, cell phone, and prescription glasses. My poor friend is dying and can't call her family because these people stole her phone. Beware, please. Additionally, she has been here weeks and has not seen a doctor once. The food is abysmal and it is clear they cut corners on everything.

I had a great experience speaking with Luisa from Lilac Rehabilitation Center. She provided excellent customer service and took the time to explain everything clearly. The short video she shared of the facility was very helpful and gave me a great look at the brand-new apartment-style setup. It really helped me understand what the environment is like for patients. I appreciate how informative and professional she was throughout the process. Highly recommend their team for anyone looking into rehabilitation services.

The Lilac at Silver Palms nursing home cared for my mother during the last quarter of her life! There are not enough words to share my gratitude to the entire staff at the Lilac. The nurses were very loving and attentive to every need. They welcomed my family like their own. I will always hold the Lilac in high esteem and would recommend any family to trust them with your loved one.
