I have had my uncle there for a week for skilled nursing after he broke his leg. He has dementia and has a hard time remembering instructions. He’s fallen out of his bed 3 times so far and has been sent to the emergency room every time. I keep telling them that he’s going to try and get up again and they do nothing to help him. No physical therapy routine or anything. I feel like they look at him as a paycheck and they just need to keep him in a room to collect, no extra effort. If you truly love someone looking to go there, DO NOT send them there. Dirty rooms and floors, the floor was so sticky it almost pulled my shoes off. Good luck getting anyone to clean them. It’s just horrible!!!!!!

I am very pleased with this facility. They take good care of my sister and take the time to call me with any new concerns. It is welcoming when you walk in, clean and everyone is busy.

This nursing facility does not even deserve a 1 star review. They neglected my grandmothers care for MONTHS before we caught on and realized. Mold in her water cup, taking hours to get her out of bed, and leaving poop in her trashcan from when she would put her toilet paper in there. It’s beyond disgusting. The smell is terrible. They don’t listen regarding medication or health concerns and genuinely seem as if they live in their own world and don’t care about their patients. It’s severely under staffed for the number of patients, all of the aids are unavailable anytime they are serving meals, so other patients who may need an aid have to wait until it’s not meal time. Showers are few and far between and good luck getting a refill on your water. Or water in general. They’re lucky I haven’t called and began to sue.

They took great care of my father in law he was always clean and groomed . The facility doesn’t have bad odors and the caregivers and nurses treated him as their own family. Bringing him many happy moments the last 2 years of his life. The nursing staff was always good to keep us informed with changes. We are more than grateful that he spent his final days in a loving environment.

Staff was very responsive to my mom’s needs and seemed to really care. Facility was always clean. Furniture could use an update but overall great place.
