Run from this god awful property! They have had a lot of turnover in their management team. They are highly unprofessional. They have a roach problem beyond measure where I had to have an outside person come in and treat the roaches. Leann is a horrible leasing agent or assistant and highly unprofessional. This place is not for senior citizens!<br><br>Renter beware!

Shortly after unexpected death of my husband, Cathy, the administrator at that time offered me a furnished apt as it had been a model apt. I was moving from Hawaii & was so blessed to b offered that. My time at Clairmont Crest was most enjoyable & I met so many good friends, Mary, Sherry, etc. Since the furniture did not belong to me, I left it there. Of course, when moving back to Hawaii as it was the property of Clairmont Crest. New management came in after I left & did not understand everything I left belonged to Clairmont Crest. It is a very convenient location, & I am sure it is even better now. I would go back as I am returning to Georgia & looking for an apt like I enjoyed at Clairmont Crest.
