Worst SNF experience, ever! Completely incompetent and inappropriate staff interaction. They refused to call an ambulance for me as their assessment showed all my vitals were "fine". To keep me from calling 911, they finally gave in. I went from the ER directly into ICU because I had a septic blood infection, which I got from a lack of nursing care of a placed IV line not being flushed regularly. HORRIBLE PLACE.

My dad was at the place a few days ago. What is saw was a man next to my dad rings for the nurse to come. Nurse ask what do you want? He said I need to go to bathroom. Nurse said my shift is almost over. Can you hold it? Next shift is coming. Man said okay. 30 to 40 minutes later. No one came. At that time I was leaving. So don't know when the man went to the bathroom. What wonderful service!

I just arrived at city view this week and I’m extremely pleased. The staff is awesome. The doctor is awesome. The nurses are awesome, but I really want to emphasize how marvelous the kitchen is… I have had a numerous amount of short term skilled nursing facilities stays, at least six and the kitchen have never been satisfactory. This is the first time that the head chef and director of the kitchen is a black man…. OK, OK he might not be all black But he definitely has soul! Chef Jason pays attention to detail and quickly delivers. I’ve had a smile on my face since breakfast. It’s not easy When you have to leave your home for weeks at a time and put your Health and well-being in the hands of patient care providers. It’s very stressful because you don’t know when to expect. At City view they Get It! It’s evident because the services, treatments, and practices are provided with genuine love & compassion which create a positive and professional environment that makes me feel safe and secure while I stay here.

This past 5/6 months there is something different about city view. Every time I visit there is been a some upgrade like New furniture, Coffee and tea table for visitors etc. and the management have been really helpful. City view is up to a great start if I become a patient this is the kind of place I would love to be.
