The staff at Citrus is caring, capable, amd compassionate. They consistently go above and beyond to provide care tailored to each resident. We are especially grateful for the Social Services staff, who acquaint themselves with each resident despite their caseload; the Administrator, who is responsive and receptive to outreach from the family; the nursing staff, who take precious time out of their shifts to talk to family members; the facility doctors; admissions staff …. the list goes on and on. Citrus meets people where they are. They make difficult and sad circumstances bearable and reinforce that your loved ones — and you — are not alone.

:My mom stayed at Citrus Post Acute for rehabilitation after a hospitalization in February, and we are very grateful for the care she received. The staff was attentive, caring, and treated her with kindness throughout her stay. The nurses were helpful and took great care of her. The rehab team did an excellent job helping her regain her strength and return to her baseline level of function. Speech therapy was especially helpful in improving her speech through regular practice and encouragement. My mom also enjoyed the Vietnamese meals provided during her stay. While the facility is older, it is kept clean and well maintained. A special thank you to Kate and the administrative team for their coordination and support throughout the process. Thanks to the excellent care she received, my mom was able to be discharged after just one month. I would highly recommend Citrus Post Acute to families seeking a skilled nursing facility for their loved ones. One suggestion for improvement would be creating a more enjoyable outdoor space where patients can spend time in the sunshine. Parking is also limited and can be difficult to find. Thank you again to everyone at Citrus Post Acute for taking such good care of my mom.🙏🏼❤️

The Social Services department ( Alejandra &David) has provided excellent details information POA/AD and other related services to ensure my father-in-law living arrangement smoothly. The Nursing department continues to provide excellent care, attentive to his needs, enforce the open-door communication between family & resident, and the health team. Bravo to Kate Bui, RN. Kudos to Aurora&Vicky in the activity dept. And many thanks to the CNA s for your attentive to Mr. Sau Nguyen, my father-in-law. Thank you.
