This facility is so clean and staff are friendly. The outside patio is very well kept with a nice garden and overall a nice facility.

One of the worst facilities in the area. Do not be fooled by the fake reviews. This facility has gone down hill in such a short time. They do not care for the residents. They are more concerned with making a profit. My uncle has been in this facility for several years and if it wasn’t for my own health conditions I would take him home immediately. The only time k get a call from them is asking for money. He’s develops multiple wounds and infections in the facility. I always get the run around from the so called “supervisors of nursing”. Not sure what they’re supervising. The leaders of this facility need to be held accountable.

Citrus Grove is one of the cleanest facilities I have been in. Such friendly staff and a great courtyard.
