Citadel is a great place for rehab, long term, as well as memory care. All nurse are attentive and the cna’s are great as well.

I am writing this review based on my friend's family's experience with the Citadel of Northbrook skilled nursing facility during a short-term rehabilitation stay. Leslie Concierge was exceptionally helpful, demonstrating great attentiveness and addressing all our inquiries. Overall, the facility provided a<br>well- structured care environment with dedicated nursing support, and maintained a generally clean and safe setting.
