The experience at The Bridgemoore has been nothing short of first class.<br><br>Jacquelyn, the Sales Director, absolutely bent over backwards to ensure that all of our needs were met and that our transition into the community was as seamless as possible. She is unbelievably organized and responsive, and adds a caring touch to the intake process.<br><br>The operations staff has been friendly and attentive.<br><br>The food is delicious and healthy.<br><br>The residents are friendly and embrace the community.<br><br>Definitely a great place around two weeks in!

We toured many senior living communities in the surrounding area before deciding on The Bridgemoore, and we are very happy with our decision. The community itself is beautiful, but what has impressed us most is the staff. The caregivers and nursing team are kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, and the therapy team has made a meaningful difference in my mom’s physical and mental well-being.<br><br>My mom also enjoys the exercise classes, weekly Mass, entertainment, and dining. Like any community, there are areas that can be improved, but overall our experience has been very positive. We are especially encouraged by the recent ownership change and are looking forward to the planned updates and improvements while hoping they continue to build on the excellent care already being provided.

The staff at Ciel Senior Living is so friendly, professional, and caring. They greet every resident by name, and when I visit my dad, they greet me too! Ciel is a warm and inviting community that works intentionally to keep residents connected. There is a full calendar of activities each day. They have specialty events that are engaging and fun like a luau dance, improv entertainment, Easter bunny visits, and mother day, Father’s Day brunch. The staff is very responsive to residents request for help. The courtyard is a beautiful outdoor space to walk and enjoy the garden.
