My Physical Therapist Beverly, serving me in my home in Ocean View, DE has been just a wonderful partner to my recovery from a total knee replacement. Today is my last day and I'm kinda sad. She provided such a wonderful continuum of care. She was warm, professional, kind, funny, encouraging, helpful, and just a delight to work with! It was such a relief to have in-home healthcare done with such compassion! Thank you! (Sorry if I'm putting this in several locations, don't know which one is the right one for Beverly - who is the BEST!)

My home health nurses were great however I really didn’t care for some of the therapist and how things are scheduled. I rather get therapy services outside of the home on a set schedule. I think they forgot there are a lot of people involved in my care and calling me the day they wanted to see me was not working

Husband was in a car accident. They had him in and out in less than 2 hrs. Did an xray on him gave him some meds then discharged him. Doesn't seem very professional. He even fell asleep on their watch soon after arriving. If he had any issues that could have been made worse by that we would be having a different conversation with a lawyer. For now I'm getting a 2nd opinion to make sure he's okay. The mini van was completely totaled almost started a fire so don't see how he got in and out so quickly
