There are no words that can fully express the gratitude my family and I feel for the extraordinary care, compassion, and kindness shown by the hospice team who walked alongside us during my parents’ final journeys. They cared for both my mom and precious dad before they passed. From the moment we were introduced to their services, we felt a sense of comfort and reassurance. Amber , Kimberly and Sam approached their work with a level of dedication and tenderness that eased our hearts in the most difficult of times. They not only managed my parents’ medical needs with skill and professionalism but also treated them with the dignity, respect, and love they so deeply deserved. I can’t say enough great things about Choice Hospice, Ada! The care that my grandmother received was unmatched. From her time of admittance until time of death, she was treated with love, dignity and respect! Everyone who came out and saw her was so compassionate. The final days/months of your loved one’s life is difficult, the ladies at Choice Hopsice put your mind and heart at ease. They were always just a phone call or text away to reassure, offer suggestions, or schedule an additional visit to check on their patient. We were treated just like family from day one. They offer excellent support to the family. Her final days were spent in peace and comfort due to the love and care she received. It’s such a blessing to let your loved one pass away at home surrounded by loved ones. I would recommend Choice Hospice to anyone who is needing end of life care for their loved one. The nurses and aides will forever hold a special place in our hearts!

Choice hospice was incredible to work with both in 2023 when I had my sister on hospice before she passed and in 2024 when I had my grandmother on hospice before she passed. The staff and case workers are easy to communicate with and thorough in the work they do. They ensured everything was prepared and ready for my loved ones to come home during their transition periods. The nurses and on call staff are equally amazing. Always available to answer questions, provide all of the information you need as the caretaker up front and make you feel confident in your role. When the time came to call for afterlife care, they were prompt and caring in every way possible to help get things taken care of.

Let me just tell you about this company. When my dad was on his death bed they were unable to help me because of where he lived. But they gave me resources and helped my family out with questions, and with out hesitation. I also worked for the In Home Care side of Mr. McCourtneys business. That's how I really got to know the hospice team, well family..because that's what they are. I've seen how they treat their patients. I've seen letters of appreciation that they have gotten patients family members. They ladies that work for this company are real. They care about what they do and they care about their patients. They work as a team and always help each other out. They are the foundation of this company. I recommend them each and every time I hear that someone is needing hospice. They are worth way more than 5 Stars!! Love you ladies and keep up the good work!!!
