This has been the worst home health company I have ever experienced. In my opinion, there is a serious lack of accountability, and patient care does not appear to be the priority. Patients are accepted onto service, but visits are delayed or never happen. Nurses frequently do not show up as scheduled, leaving patients without the care they were promised. Management is extremely unprofessional and, at times, comes across as intimidating and dismissive when concerns are raised. Instead of addressing patient safety issues, the focus seems to be on numbers and revenue. Staff appear overextended, and there does not seem to be adequate coverage to safely manage the number of patients being admitted. This creates what feels like patient neglect. Families are left confused, patients are not seen in appropriate timeframes, and communication is poor. It is frustrating and concerning to watch patients go without needed care while the company continues to take on more admissions. Based on my experience, this company does not prioritize patient well-being, staff support, or ethical care delivery. I would strongly caution anyone considering services here to ask detailed questions about staffing, visit frequency, and response times before enrolling.
